SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of placement on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be picked up the next working day.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Standard Delivery: 5–7 working days Remote / Rural Pin Codes: May take longer depending on location

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Free shipping thresholds, if active, will be displayed on the website.

REMOTE PIN CODES

We ship across India. Certain remote or rural pin codes may experience extended delivery windows beyond the standard 5–7 working days. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, write to us at orders@houseofsaya.com before placing your order.

LOST, STOLEN & UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by our courier partner, House of Saya is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing from the delivery location. We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive the package. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact the courier directly. House of Saya is not liable for theft or loss of packages after successful delivery confirmation.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

House of Saya is not responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
