Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays leave the next working day.
Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 working days. Remote and rural pin codes may take longer; write to us before ordering if you are unsure.

Check your address and pin code at checkout. A home or office where someone can receive the parcel is best.
If tracking shows delivered and the parcel is not with you, contact the courier with your tracking number. If the courier made an error, write to us and we will help.
Returns and refunds
Every piece is handcrafted with care. If something is not quite right, we are here to make it so.
Returns within 7 days of delivery, unused, unworn and in the original packaging with all tags.
Sale or discounted pieces, gift cards, Final Sale pieces, customised pieces and anything without its original packaging.
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We replace it or refund it in full, with no return shipping cost to you.
Write to us with your order number and reason. We reply within 2 business days with instructions. Please do not ship a return before we confirm it.
We inspect the piece within 3 to 5 business days of receiving it. Approved refunds reach your original payment method in 7 to 10 business days. Store credit, valid for 12 months, is also an option.
For a different design within the return window, subject to availability. Pay the difference if the new piece costs more.
Cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund.

Buff gently with the included muslin square after wearing. It lifts skin oils and keeps the antique finish warm.
Water, perfume, alcohol and lotion. Spray your scent first, let it dry, then pin the piece.
Store flat in the pouch, away from other metal. Each piece prefers its own little dark corner.

House of Saya brooches are unisex and one size, made to pin to anything from a silk scarf to a stiff blazer collar.
Most pieces sit between 30 and 45mm across, roughly the size of a large coin. Statement pieces go up to 55mm.
From 12g for the smaller flora to 28g for the larger fauna. Heavier than plated jewellery, lighter than it looks.
A brass-tipped roll clasp. The pin rotates 180° and locks into a hook, so it will not pop open in a sari pleat, a bag strap or a coat pocket. The shaft is 18mm.

No. The visible surfaces carry an anti-tarnish finish, and the brass pin with its roll-clasp tip does not touch the front of the fabric, so even white silk stays clean.
